On 17 and 18 November 2026, our supporting company Audio Pro will host the “Immersive Forum 2026” at the Audio Pro Solution Center in Heilbronn. The two-day programme features more than 45 talks, presentations and demonstrations covering a wide range of immersive audio technologies. The focus is on real-world projects, technical insights and practical experience. Rather than traditional product presentations, external industry experts will share insights into their work and explore the possibilities and challenges of immersive audio production. Topics range from Dolby Atmos music production, immersive live sound, broadcasting and theatre sound reinforcement to sound design for vehicles, cinema and interactive experiences. Other presentations will cover immersive sports broadcasting, MPEG-H in broadcasting and cinema, and recent Dolby Atmos music productions.

A particular emphasis is placed on practical listening experiences: Many of the presentations will be accompanied by audio demonstrations, with two presentation rooms equipped with immersive playback systems. Visitors will also have the opportunity to experience how immersive sound is used inside vehicles. These include the “BachBewegt!Klangmobil” with its 9.1.4 audio system and another vehicle offering sound design demonstration drives.

Alongside the technical programme, the forum offers opportunities for personal exchange and an evening get-together on the first day.
