For the 2025 Board election, we are once again using our internal voting tool in “MyVDT”. This procedure has the great advantage that you no longer have to log in to an external platform or that we have to send you an election link (which often ended up in the spam folder). Instead, the individual ballot paper is available for each member in MyVDT. We explain here where it can be found from March 24:

To take part in the board election, log in to MyVDT and find “VDT Board Election 2025” under the menu item “Surveys & Elections”. From March 24, 2025, you will have the opportunity to confirm the President and distribute up to five votes to the Board candidates. This digital ballot paper can be sent exactly once.

The few long-standing members who do not (or no longer) use an email address or the internet will still receive postal voting documents from us.
