Dear colleagues,

on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 5:30 PM, we have the opportunity to join Moritz Müller for an exclusive guided tour through several venues of the Messe Karlsruhe congress center.

We will gain backstage insights into the Konzerthaus, Schwarzwaldhalle, Gartenhalle (temporary replacement venue during the closure of the Stadthalle), as well as the Stadthalle itself, which is currently under renovation and will be equipped with completely new technical systems. Moritz Müller will introduce us to the acoustic concepts, sound engineering specifics, and practical challenges of each location. A particular focus will be on the Stadthalle, which is currently under construction.

Meeting point: Main entrance of Schwarzwaldhalle (directly accessible from the underground parking exit)

Parking: Free parking in the Konzerthaus underground garage (exit ticket will be provided)

Important notes:

• Participation only with safety shoes (mandatory)
• Access to the Stadthalle will take place within an active construction site
• A signed liability waiver must be submitted in advance or brought along on the day of the event

As participation is limited to 10 people, is required by Sunday, May 10

After the tour, there will be an option to join for a casual dinner at a nearby restaurant.
