Ingo Weismantel, one of the heads of the Education and Training department, made sure that young talent also felt well represented at tmt32 outside the masterclasses and tutorials. Among other things, he curated the education program at the congress and organized the Education Forum. His impressions:

"The new location of the Education Forum and the poster exhibition gave the topic a new value and was seamlessly integrated into the associations area and VDT Lounge. All the stands had a new and uniform design, which was very well received. The association and the industry benefit from young talent. It is therefore nice to see that training and further education are not only taken for granted, but are also appreciated. We already know that we will have to provide more space for this in two years' time - there will be more stands. With the Edu-Talk, the Women-in-Sound contribution and the Job-Treff, the range of content was expanded by several facets. The feedback was extremely positive. In short: tmt32 was an event, a family reunion and motivating on many levels. Thank you!"
