The ticket shop for the Tonmeistertagung is only available online this year. We ask all potential visitors to the Tonmeistertagung to buy their ticket in advance if possible. There will be no box office on site in Düsseldorf, as we cannot offer any payment functions on site. All those who can order and pay in the ticket shop via their mobile phone can, of course, also buy a ticket online during the event.

Ticket contingent limited

Buying your ticket in advance also gives you peace of mind, as we had to set a maximum number of tickets this year. Due to hygiene regulations, the maximum number of visitors allowed is fixed. We have built this daily quota into the ticket shop. Therefore, for the first time, there might be a situation where a day is sold out.

Membership discount

For all those who want to buy a discounted ticket as a VDT member or as a member of a partner association: Please note that for organisational reasons we can only send a discount code up to and including 31 October. As of 1 November, our office will move to Düsseldorf, so we will then no longer be able to carry out membership checks. You will not be able to purchase a discounted ticket without a discount code.

Advance booking fee

Partly because of the compulsory person-specific entry and exit control that is now mandatory for such events, we use a professional ticketing system. Unfortunately, this functionality is not available for free, which is why we are charging an advance booking fee this time. We split the fee charged by the ticketing provider between the ticket buyer and us. In order to keep the costs stable for all visitors, we have refrained from raising prices and frozen the ticket prices at the low early bird level of the Tonmeistertagung in 2018.
